Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies, meeting schedules, and conference room coordination.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
