We are seeking a highly motivated Events Assistant to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This position plays a key role in supporting the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and private events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organizational skills, and is passionate about delivering memorable client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating logistics for events including venue setup, catering, and vendor communication

  • Support the Event Manager in day-to-day project planning and execution

  • Maintain detailed event timelines and ensure deadlines are met

  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and inventory management

  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations

  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance event presentations and guest experiences
