The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of corporate and client events, ensuring that every detail aligns with our brand’s high-quality standards. Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating company and client events from start to finish.
Support the event manager with scheduling, vendor coordination, and logistics.
Prepare event materials, manage guest lists, and ensure smooth event operations.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to meet project timelines.
Oversee event setup, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
Maintain organized event documentation and reports.
