The Front Office Assistant will play a key role in supporting administrative operations, maintaining a professional image at the front desk, and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and maintain calendars.
Support the administrative team with filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist in coordinating office supplies, deliveries, and general logistics.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or office management.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
