Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Promotions Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing and promotions department by coordinating campaigns, assisting with event execution, and ensuring seamless communication across all initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of promotional campaigns

• Coordinate and support marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities

• Maintain accurate records and reports on campaign performance

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives

• Manage logistics for promotional materials and schedules

• Support ad hoc marketing and promotional projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software

• Previous experience in promotions or marketing support is a plus
