We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our team in Madison, WI. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and client events.

  • Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, schedules, and vendor management.

  • Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event operations.

  • Maintain event materials, budgets, and timelines.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences.

  • Prepare post-event reports and evaluations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Previous experience in event coordination, administration, or support roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
