Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will work closely with internal teams to support client initiatives, provide accurate information, and help maintain strong, trust-based relationships.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client services, customer support, or account management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems.
