Job Description:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires a professional, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can provide excellent customer service while supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will represent Sonar Spark’s values and ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members in a professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support team operations

  • Uphold company policies and confidentiality standards

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
