Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and dynamic Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our growing team. The MDR will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting overall market expansion strategies. Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and develop new business leads within target markets.

  • Support sales teams by qualifying leads and setting up business opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, prospects, and activities in the company’s CRM.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored approaches for client acquisition and retention.

  • Continuously monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms is a plus.
