Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and dynamic Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our growing team. The MDR will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting overall market expansion strategies. Responsibilities
Research, identify, and develop new business leads within target markets.
Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and professional outreach to establish strong connections.
Support sales teams by qualifying leads and setting up business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, prospects, and activities in the company’s CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored approaches for client acquisition and retention.
Continuously monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms is a plus.
