We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Business Development Assistant to support our growing team in Boston, MA. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Development Manager with client outreach and lead generation activities.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

  • Support in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client reports.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems.

  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with potential clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior experience in sales support, business development, or client relations is a plus.
