We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Business Development Assistant to support our growing team in Boston, MA. Responsibilities
Assist the Business Development Manager with client outreach and lead generation activities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Support in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client reports.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in sales support, business development, or client relations is a plus.
