We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Coordinator to join our team in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee project activities from initiation to completion.

  • Develop project schedules, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and progress.

  • Prepare and deliver status reports, presentations, and project documentation.

  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure project objectives are achieved.

  • Support the Project Manager in client communications and overall execution.
