Lumina Agency Inc is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is pivotal in creating a positive, welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be attentive, courteous, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently.
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room coordination.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth office operations.
Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software.
