Beloform is seeking a motivated Events Assistant to support our event planning and coordination team. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments. The Events Assistant will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, from event preparation to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

  • Support event setup, on-site management, and breakdown.

  • Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Track budgets, invoices, and event-related expenses.

  • Prepare event materials, documentation, and reports.

  • Ensure all events align with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management tools is a plus.
