The Events Assistant will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various company events, including conferences, workshops, and internal meetings. This position requires strong administrative skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Assist with the full event lifecycle, from initial concept to post-event evaluation.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and catering.
Manage guest lists, invitations, and attendee communication.
Support on-site event setup and breakdown.
Maintain accurate event records and budgets.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or event-support role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
