Blue Print Out is seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Atlanta. This position supports the execution of strategic marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and promotional efforts across multiple platforms (excluding social media). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions

  • Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals

  • Track campaign performance and assist in compiling reports and metrics

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy

  • Maintain internal marketing calendars, schedules, and timelines

  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables

  • Provide administrative support for marketing and communications efforts

  • Contribute creative input during brainstorming and strategy sessions

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with basic design tools and CRM systems is a plus

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work on-site
