Job Description

Blue Print Out is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Leadership Development Trainee. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who aspire to grow into future leadership roles within the organization. Through a structured training program, you will gain experience in operations, team leadership, and strategic planning, working closely with senior management and key departments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive leadership training program covering all key operational areas.

• Assist with project management, team coordination, and internal communication strategies.

• Analyze performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with department leaders to implement business strategies.

• Attend regular leadership workshops, mentoring sessions, and performance evaluations.

• Shadow managers and provide support on internal projects and team supervision.

• Contribute to team meetings with insights and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to take initiative, adapt to change, and work well in a team environment.

• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in leadership development.

• Previous internship or experience in a business environment is a plus, but not required.
