Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in executing campaigns, managing internal communications, and coordinating projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong communication and analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies

  • Coordinate internal communications and prepare presentations, reports, and briefs

  • Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign follow-ups

  • Support in market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of tasks

  • Assist in organizing events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives

  • Maintain organized records of marketing materials, vendor contracts, and documentation

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing support or administrative role preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
