We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our dynamic team in Madison, WI. This position is central to our customer success strategy and is ideal for someone who excels in communication, problem-solving, and relationship management. You will serve as the primary liaison between the client and our internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Understand client needs and objectives, and work with internal teams to deliver effective solutions

  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups with clients

  • Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure client satisfaction

  • Track client interactions and prepare detailed reports for management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proactive approach to solving problems and handling client requests

  • Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
