Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about client satisfaction, and has a strong attention to detail. You will play a key role in ensuring that each client’s needs are met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the company and clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests in a timely and accurate manner.

• Prepare and deliver progress reports and account updates.

• Address client concerns with urgency and professionalism.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client engagement.

• Track client interactions and maintain updated records in CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
