Beloform is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager Liaison to serve as the vital link between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring clear communication, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service aligned with our operational goals. This position requires both strategic thinking and a strong commitment to execution.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
Coordinate with internal departments to align service delivery with client expectations
Track and report on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback
Identify opportunities to optimize client satisfaction and increase retention
Prepare presentations, updates, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders
Assist in contract renewals, negotiations, and onboarding processes for new accounts
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records in CRM systems
