Beloform is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager Liaison to serve as the vital link between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring clear communication, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service aligned with our operational goals. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution

  • Coordinate with internal departments to align service delivery with client expectations

  • Track and report on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback

  • Identify opportunities to optimize client satisfaction and increase retention

  • Prepare presentations, updates, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist in contract renewals, negotiations, and onboarding processes for new accounts

  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records in CRM systems
