Job Description

Beloform is seeking a Communications Specialist to enhance and execute our internal and external communications strategy. This role is pivotal in supporting company-wide messaging, drafting compelling content, coordinating communication materials, and ensuring consistency in tone and branding across departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.

• Write, edit, and proofread company-wide announcements, newsletters, press releases, and formal correspondence.

• Collaborate with leadership to prepare presentation materials, reports, and talking points.

• Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment and consistency.

• Support crisis communications and draft timely responses when necessary.

• Maintain a clear, professional tone in all written and verbal communications.

• Monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in corporate communications or related roles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with drafting formal documentation, reports, and presentations.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
