Beloform is seeking a Communications Specialist to enhance and execute our internal and external communications strategy. This role is pivotal in supporting company-wide messaging, drafting compelling content, coordinating communication materials, and ensuring consistency in tone and branding across departments and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
Write, edit, and proofread company-wide announcements, newsletters, press releases, and formal correspondence.
Collaborate with leadership to prepare presentation materials, reports, and talking points.
Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment and consistency.
Support crisis communications and draft timely responses when necessary.
Maintain a clear, professional tone in all written and verbal communications.
Monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in corporate communications or related roles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with drafting formal documentation, reports, and presentations.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
