Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting the execution of data-driven strategies. You will work directly with our marketing leadership team to ensure that our campaigns are aligned with business goals and consistently deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic marketing campaigns

  • Assist in the creation of marketing plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps

  • Collect and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, sales, and research

  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities

  • Support the alignment of brand messaging and marketing objectives

  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and projects

  • Maintain clear documentation of campaign progress and performance outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, strategy, or project management

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset

  • Knowledge of B2B and/or B2C marketing strategies is a plus
