Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting the execution of data-driven strategies. You will work directly with our marketing leadership team to ensure that our campaigns are aligned with business goals and consistently deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic marketing campaigns
Assist in the creation of marketing plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps
Collect and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, sales, and research
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
Support the alignment of brand messaging and marketing objectives
Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and projects
Maintain clear documentation of campaign progress and performance outcomes
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, strategy, or project management
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of B2B and/or B2C marketing strategies is a plus
