We are seeking a Customer Support Manager to oversee our support team and ensure superior service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, strategy, and accountability to our customer support operations, helping us improve satisfaction, streamline communication, and promote a strong service culture.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the customer support team, ensuring high performance and morale
Develop and implement support procedures, standards, and service metrics
Handle complex client issues and escalations with professionalism and urgency
Train, coach, and evaluate support agents to ensure consistent quality
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports
Collaborate with other departments to resolve client concerns and enhance service offerings
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in a customer support or service leadership role
Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
Proven ability to lead teams and improve service performance
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality
Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
