We are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnership. You’ll play a critical role in understanding client needs, communicating clearly, and delivering consistent value.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients

  • Manage client onboarding and maintain positive, ongoing relationships

  • Provide timely updates and respond to client inquiries with professionalism

  • Track and manage deliverables to ensure high service standards

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand client services based on their needs

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality delivery

  • Prepare and present performance reports and updates to clients

  • Address concerns proactively to maintain client satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
