We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves supporting the planning and execution of events, engaging with clients, and contributing to overall sales operations. You will play a key role in representing our brand and ensuring client satisfaction through well-executed events and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company-hosted and client events

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to meet event goals

  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

  • Interact with attendees and clients to ensure a high-quality experience

  • Track event and sales metrics, reporting feedback and opportunities

  • Maintain up-to-date records of client communications and follow-ups

  • Help prepare promotional materials and event documentation

  • Ensure smooth event logistics and troubleshoot issues on-site

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in events, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
