Sonar Spark is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in the planning, execution, and optimization of our clients’ campaigns. This role is essential for the smooth operation of daily marketing activities and provides a strong foundation for professional growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, reports, and client presentations

  • Coordinate internal tasks to ensure timely project execution

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development

  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and assist in reporting key metrics

  • Maintain organized records of marketing assets, documents, and schedules

  • Support team members during promotional events, meetings, and campaign launches

  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients to facilitate smooth operations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team setting
