Reboot Staff is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our outreach and promotional initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to develop a career in marketing, campaign coordination, and client engagement. You will work directly with the Marketing Coordinator and Promotions Manager to ensure the successful execution of local and regional initiatives, promotional campaigns, and branded events.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate logistics for branded events and client-facing activations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies.
Support content development for print collateral, presentations, and promotional material.
Maintain accurate records of promotional inventory and campaign outcomes.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Track and report on promotional performance metrics.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience in a marketing, promotions, or administrative support role preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
