We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Tampa. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service. The selected candidate will manage client accounts, resolve inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction through consistent and effective communication.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Handle account inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction is met consistently.
Maintain professionalism in all communication, written and verbal.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A proactive and client-oriented approach to service.
