Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to guide and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals who lead by example, thrive under pressure, and have a deep commitment to fostering both team and individual success. You will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining team morale, and aligning daily operations with company goals.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of professionals to ensure task completion and performance standards
Organize daily workflow and delegate tasks effectively
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
Monitor progress toward individual and team objectives
Resolve internal conflicts, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary
Collaborate with senior management to implement and improve operational strategies
Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
Track key metrics and generate performance reports
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead under pressure
Experience in performance management and team development
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace communication tools
