We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to support our sales team with daily operations, client engagement, and internal coordination. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a results-driven environment. As a Sales Assistant at Beloform, you'll play a key role in improving customer satisfaction and driving team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales representatives with administrative and operational tasks

  • Coordinate communication between clients and the sales department

  • Maintain updated customer records and track sales activity

  • Prepare and process quotes, proposals, and follow-ups

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and market trends

  • Support scheduling of appointments, meetings, and presentations

  • Monitor inventory and order fulfillment timelines

  • Provide excellent service and support during and after the sales process

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Prior administrative or sales support experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus

  • Self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude
