Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concerns and identifying solutions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and escalate unresolved matters when needed

Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
