We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Madison, WI. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for building strong client connections and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will act as the key point of contact for assigned clients, helping to maintain satisfaction, drive retention, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client needs and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the client experience
Prepare regular reports on account status and progress
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
