We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Leadership Development Trainee to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, team leadership, and strategic development. As a trainee, you will undergo structured training, collaborate with senior leaders, and take on progressive responsibilities to prepare for leadership roles within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in leadership training programs and hands-on workshops

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and team coordination

  • Shadow managers and learn strategic planning, project execution, and performance evaluation

  • Lead small teams and manage internal projects with guidance

  • Identify improvement opportunities within business processes

  • Contribute to company growth through data analysis and innovative thinking

  • Attend internal meetings and client-facing sessions to gain cross-functional experience

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, or related field preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with others

  • Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior internship, volunteer leadership, or team experience is a plus
