We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our account management and executive operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison between our clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and accurate documentation across all projects and partnerships.
Responsibilities
Assist executives in managing client accounts, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and track action items
Prepare internal reports, presentations, and data summaries
Ensure all client interactions and updates are logged and tracked accurately
Conduct research and compile background materials for client briefs
Maintain updated records of contracts, project files, and service agreements
Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive support or account coordination role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and client-focused environment
