We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our account management and executive operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison between our clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and accurate documentation across all projects and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist executives in managing client accounts, timelines, and deliverables

  • Coordinate meetings, take notes, and track action items

  • Prepare internal reports, presentations, and data summaries

  • Ensure all client interactions and updates are logged and tracked accurately

  • Conduct research and compile background materials for client briefs

  • Maintain updated records of contracts, project files, and service agreements

  • Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive support or account coordination role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and client-focused environment
