We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Baton Rouge. This role requires a detail-oriented, people-focused professional who can deliver excellent service, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about our services and resolve any issues or complaints
Record customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution
Collaborate with other departments to streamline service processes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and procedures
Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggesting process improvements
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
