We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Baton Rouge. This role requires a detail-oriented, people-focused professional who can deliver excellent service, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about our services and resolve any issues or complaints

  • Record customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline service processes

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and procedures

  • Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggesting process improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
