We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Associate to support internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit clear, accurate written materials including press releases, internal memos, reports, and presentations.

  • Assist in planning and executing communication initiatives across departments.

  • Support corporate communications and ensure alignment with branding and business strategy.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and disseminate key information effectively.

  • Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics for reporting and improvements.

  • Maintain and update communication documentation and guidelines.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role.

  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
