We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Client Relationship Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping to build trust and foster long-term relationships. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the overall growth of the company by delivering exceptional service and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and communications

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Provide tailored guidance to clients regarding property services and solutions

  • Monitor client accounts and ensure timely responses to all client needs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our processes

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement or upselling based on client needs

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client service, sales, or account management (real estate background preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
