We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Client Relationship Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping to build trust and foster long-term relationships. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the overall growth of the company by delivering exceptional service and proactive communication.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and communications
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Provide tailored guidance to clients regarding property services and solutions
Monitor client accounts and ensure timely responses to all client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our processes
Identify opportunities for service improvement or upselling based on client needs
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in client service, sales, or account management (real estate background preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
