Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Coordinator to support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. This role is essential in maintaining consistency in corporate messaging, coordinating communications initiatives, and enhancing overall engagement with stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day communications across departments.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread internal memos, reports, and executive briefings.

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of corporate communication projects and campaigns.

  • Maintain consistency in company messaging across written and verbal channels.

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.

  • Support the preparation of presentation materials and company documentation.

  • Monitor communication workflows and identify areas for improvement.

  • Track and report on internal communications performance metrics.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
