Job Description
Hype Tier is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication initiatives that support our clients' goals and reinforce their brand identity. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and organizational skills, strong strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, concise, and engaging written content for press releases, internal communications, newsletters, talking points, and official statements.

• Coordinate and implement communication strategies across various departments and initiatives.

• Support media relations efforts by preparing press materials and managing inquiries.

• Collaborate with leadership and project teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and projects.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and client use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field.

• 2+ years of professional experience in a communications or related role.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.

• Experience working in fast-paced and collaborative environments.

• Familiarity with project coordination and messaging strategy is a plus.
