Messa Sync is seeking a highly organized and driven Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving revenue goals. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for handling client inquiries, preparing sales documentation, managing CRM updates, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to follow-up.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and communications.
Manage client follow-ups and maintain positive customer relations.
Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
Input and manage client data in CRM systems with accuracy.
Coordinate internal meetings and help schedule client appointments.
Track sales performance and report on key metrics.
Assist in processing orders, ensuring smooth delivery and documentation.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
