Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will assist senior account managers with client relationship management, account development, and service coordination. You will be instrumental in supporting customer satisfaction, preparing reports, and ensuring that client needs are met with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support daily account operations, including responding to client inquiries and maintaining communication.

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use.

• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and timelines.

• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain accurate client records and assist with billing and invoicing processes.

• Participate in client meetings and contribute to relationship-building efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account support roles.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
