We are seeking a dynamic and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our Boston-based team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about strategic growth, leadership coaching, and professional development. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to deliver training programs, facilitate workshops, and analyze leadership effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs

  • Support client engagements by preparing materials, analyzing data, and contributing insights

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for mid-level and emerging leaders

  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic solutions for clients

  • Stay current on leadership trends and best practices in talent development

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, HR, training, or leadership development

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-focused environments
