We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction

  • Understand client goals and align services to meet their needs

  • Resolve issues and provide timely solutions

  • Prepare and deliver reports, updates, and service summaries

  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve client outcomes

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services

  • Ensure client information is accurately documented and up to date

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in client-facing roles

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence
