Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support the execution of internal and client-facing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment focused on results and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies

  • Support the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and internal briefs

  • Coordinate marketing project timelines and deliverables across departments

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing efforts

  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, documents, and promotional materials

  • Assist with event planning, product launches, and client-facing marketing initiatives

  • Track campaign performance and assist with basic performance analysis

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with basic marketing terminology and workflows
