Beloform is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, develop strong sales skills, and play a critical role in driving revenue through direct client interaction and solution-based selling. You will be trained and supported every step of the way as you develop your career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to present company offerings

  • Identify and qualify leads through direct outreach and inbound inquiries

  • Conduct in-person and phone-based sales meetings

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

  • No prior sales experience required—training will be provided
