Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to join our growing team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, supporting team development, and ensuring that all objectives are met with high standards and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of design professionals on multiple projects.

• Monitor daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time and to specification.

• Facilitate team meetings, performance reviews, and goal setting.

• Identify process improvements and implement solutions for workflow optimization.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members.

• Coordinate with other departments to align strategies and meet company goals.

• Maintain clear communication with senior leadership on project progress and challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Design, or a related field preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of design tools is a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
