We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Washington, DC. This position plays a key role in expanding our client base and delivering tailored staffing solutions to a variety of industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of consultative selling strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their staffing needs

  • Develop customized proposals and present solutions to clients

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company targets

  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities as needed

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, staffing, or professional services

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
