Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will oversee the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding to retention and upselling.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify customer needs and propose appropriate products or services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular status reports.
Identify opportunities for upselling or expansion within current accounts.
Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or a related role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
