We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication efforts across multiple projects. This role is critical in ensuring our messaging remains consistent, professional, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate has strong writing and coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing communications-related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communication materials including memos, reports, press releases, presentations, and newsletters.

  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure alignment in messaging and deadlines.

  • Maintain and update company communication protocols and document templates.

  • Support event planning and execution, including managing communication timelines and materials.

  • Assist in compiling analytics and reports on communication effectiveness.

  • Respond to internal communication inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Work closely with leadership to align communication with company objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, English, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or coordination role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Experience with communication planning and execution preferred.
